Investment Type

  • Turnover: between £10m and £1bn
  • Investment horizon: we are not a fund, so have no minimum or maximum holding period or approach constraints
  • Sectors: Retail/Consumer and FMCG
  • Markets: UK and Western Europe
  • We have the flexibility to invest across the capital structure of a business through equity (majority positions) or debt (senior or junior)
  • We can also partner with management teams, lenders and other investment firms
